-Install GTA SA cleo, download http://cleo.sannybuilder.com
-Extract ojeg.cs to CLEO folder
-Extract ojeg(eng).fxt to folders CLEO / CLEO_TEXT
-Extract speedy.txd to folder models/txd

instructions:

-Go to the roadside, Press Tab Q to call ojeg
